The concept is simple.  Turn on the glass bead sterilizer at the beginning of the day allowing it to warm up for 30 minutes.  Once the sterilizer has been on 30 minutes it’s ready to go.  Drop your instruments into the glass beads for just a few seconds and your instruments are sterilized and ready to use.  Once your done with a patient drop your instruments into the sterilizer for a few seconds and your ready to go with your next patient.
