Yes, we process all of our orders via PayPal the worlds largest and most secure payment processor.  None of your financial details are entered into our shopping cart, they are all entered via PayPal on a secure SSL website.

How do I place my order with Precision Surgical Supply,  LLc?

Simply find the product(s) you are interested in and click the red “Add to Cart” button. You will see the item(s) added to the shopping cart on the right side of the page. You can add as many products as you’d like to the shopping cart. When you’re ready to check out simply click the “Go to Checkout” words in the shopping cart to proceed to the payment form.

Does Precision Surgical Supply, LLc accept orders via phone or fax?

Yes, you may phone your orders in by calling 1-800-714-6983 or you may fax your orders to us at 1-866-906-0581.  We will always call or fax a confirmation receipt of a faxed order for your peace of mind!

How will my order ship?

We offer shipping via UPS.  You will have the option to choose either ground or expedited shipping when you check out.  If you would like to use your preferred courier and your account number we would be glad to do that for you.

When will I receive my order?

Most items arrive within 5-7 business days when you choose to have your products shipped via UPS Ground.

Will I be notified if my items will be delayed?

Yes, if there is an issue with your order being delayed for any reason we will notify you immediately.
